RENTAL PERIODS 6 or 12 months with an option to renew, purchase or replace the artwork with another at the end of that period.	PURCHASE OPTION Should you decide to purchase the piece you have rented, half of the rental fee paid on that piece is deducted from the retail sales cost.
DELIVERY We will deliver and collect work (when the narrowest measurement is 48" or less), to within a half hour drive of the Gallery. Otherwise we will arrange for an Art Mover to transport the work and invoice the Lessee for two thirds of the cost.	RENTAL FEES are calculated using a percentage, (shown below), of the cost of the artwork, per month, payable at the beginning of each 6 month period. 1 year rental...2% 6 month rental...2.5% Provincial sales tax applies to both rentals and sales.
INSURANCE You are responsible for loss or damage to artwork while it is on your premises. Work may not be removed from the address it is delivered to without written permission from us.	SELECTION OF ART You can choose from our "on line Gallery", our actual showroom (in Etobicoke), or have us come to you. We have a large inventory to choose from and will help you in every way we can.
